New Hyde Park Memorial High School overall has a good community. It is in a safe area. However a lot of the students there aren't as motives. Majority of them are motivated enough to pass with a average 65. A lot of students wear anything they want which isn't appropriate. Students should dress casually. Some of the teachers are cruel.

It was an alright school but definately not the worst it could be. I would say the food here is poor but the people are pretry nice. The counslers are amazing in helping prepare you for college and some of the teachers are truly wonderful.

Wasn't impressed with the technology at this school. Seemed very far behind in upgrades. Moved to West Hempstead where they put hundreds of thousands of dollars into technology to teach kids for the next generation.

My child attended this school, I have to say that it has been greatly undervalued, in the sense that it is much better than others have made it out to be, the school is not average it is well above average. If you want your child to succeed in school and enjoy their time in the school while they are...

Attended this school, one of the best in the area, it’s underrated, I was provided with the best staff and programs while I was here. To say that this school benefited me for the better is an understatement.
