GreatSchools Rating

GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Student council is a great way to get involved in school activities because many dances are sponsored by this group. I would say student council is the extracurricular that is most involved with the student body.

The athletic scene in my school is okay. While most students will get together to cheer on our team, our teams and their members rarely play together as a team. In most of our sports the players put their own feelings before the game, which i believe hurts us badly in sports.

I have learned a lot in certain classes but in others, next to nothing. Our school doesn't offer a variety of class for instance the only language offered is Spanish. There is not very many choices for students at lunch and there's not very many healthy choices at all. There are not very many after school activities other than sports and speech.
