It is a great experience overall. It is meant to prepare you for the independence of college, and in doing so requires students to step up and slowly remove parents from the equation. The best part to me is the community, I feel that I have a good bond with most classmates and it is easy to trust them. The worst part might be the physical and mental challenges I have faced and will face like the Trail, Water Adversity Challenge, and the upcoming WILD

The experience at Saint Benedict is an interesting one full of hardships but good memories. Benedicts will make you work harder than the rest and put you through multiple adversities as a student and adult but it's memorable as you become a part of a community and a family what I would like to see change is the quality of the food

Freshman year was okay, I was learning the school as a transfer student and it was really fun meeting people. I had my team to talk to since I am an athlete. Sophomore year was all the same, and I am a rising junior.

While their academic program is lacking in terms of technology, they more than make up for that in teaching young men to think for themselves. They take these boys from boyhood to manhood and teach them not...
