My worse part was having a teacher that did not want to teach and expected us to learn everything and already know everything. The best part has been forming bonds with my teachers, administrators, principal, assistance principal, and other staff members.

Newberry highschool classes are limited and the dress code is strict. It isn't very diverse and a lot of the people and teachers are a bit entitled. The guidance counselors aren't very helpful when it comes to college and such. However the program at the career center they offer is very helpful and I, with many others, quite enjoy it. It also helps set us ahead in college while helping us with our chosen major.

It's definitely a good place to learn and the school isn't very big so it's not hard to find your classes. The school does have its down sides sometimes with the students, some of them just don't care about studying and just worry about playing around doing nothing. Teachers are helpful whenever you need it. Classes are big enough for students.

Newberry High School is a wonderful school and offers a diverse educational experience for all students. Our student body works cooperatively with each other and the community on projects.
