My experience with Newcastle High School has been a great experience. During my high school years STRUT week was created, and this fundraiser included getting the community involved to help out an individual in need. It was an amazing way of giving back to the ones who help us. A thing I would like to see change is the development in the school, such as students involvement in Friday night lights.

There are a lot of things that need to be renovated. Lots of the bathrooms at the sports facilities are disgusting.

I like the football program and the coaches. I like the online classes that were offered. I think the admin need to listen to the students more.

My son was harrsed and theatrened by the prinpicapal. Drugs are horrible problem at this school. They only care about money not education of the students.

We moved to this area in 2004. My children have attended all three schools in the district. I have had good and bad experiences with all of the schools. Overall though, I would recommend Newcastle High school over all the other public schools in the surrounding areas. I do agree there is far too muc...
