Part of the Coweta County Public School System, Evans Middle School is a public sixth through eighth-grade public school located in Newnan, Georgia. The school serves around 800 students and believes in creating a collaborative learning environment.
Evans Middle School implements the Coweta County School curriculum. From English language arts to math, science and social studies, students are given a plethora of differentiated tasks that give students a well-rounded view of how to approach each subject. Evans Middle School also features sports teams that students can join as extracurricular activities. Students can participate in soccer, football, volleyball and basketball.

Evans is a good school. Ms. Slaton tries to keep all the families engaged. There is a good precentage of kids that get honor roll each year with at the school, I’ve seen it myself each year with my own child. The gifted teachers are awesome!
