I would love to see my old high school get more funding so the people, in my small town, going through high school can have more opportunities

Going to high school here has been really good. When I came in I didn't really like school and I was afraid to get out of my comfort zone. As the years have gone by I have learned to enjoy it more and make the most out of every opportunity that is presented to me

Newport High School teachers understand that students have different needs, and wants. Each student has a staff member that they can connect with and trust. If I could change something about NHS, I would not change anything.

The new principal and superintendent have made this school a good place to be. There is a renewed focus on bullying an drug problems, and school Spirit has never been higher.
