This is a very small school so it is really hard to have a lot of things. In the best there has always been school spirit, but after COVID it went away and hasn't fully come back until now. But some of the teachers are cracking down and, in a way, taking the fun out of things so that students don't want to go to school anymore.

I very much enjoyed the education I received at Nikiski High, I attended all the way from sixth to twelfth grade. The teachers are fantastic, and the only thing I would really want to change is maybe to bring more extracurricular activities to the school.

Nikiski High school is in a small town. There aren't a lot of kids and our classes aren't 200 kids, but that's what I like about this place. I'm not exactly a people person so the fact that it isn't a big school makes me happy. We pretty much all know everyone in the school and all the teachers because it's easier to connect with more students when it isn't that big.
