GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Small school atmosphere with a small town feel. Parents and administrators make this a great place for that student who wants to work closely with the teachers.

The teachers at my school are mostly high quality teachers and know what they are doing. They aren't that good with the technology that we use, but they try and learn it the best they can. Our scores for state tests have gone up since some of the new teachers came in. There are some different teaching styles that I don't agree with but people are going to teach different.

My experience at Nocona is something that has made me who I am. It has taught me to do what I am suppose to do in many situations.
