Lake Taylor has a welcoming atmosphere and allows faculty and students to connect. Some critiques I would have however would be the fact that sometimes certain situations like physical fights could be resolved faster if the adults would step in like they are supposed to, however, it's usually the students who effectively break up the fights.

My overall experience with LTHS has been okay. That's it, simply okay. I don't have much to complain about, as I can't really think of all the bad things going on with the school. But I also can't think of one good thing to say about them either.

I met a lot of amazing people, and I made a lot of amazing bonds. I gained wisdom from a number of teachers, some that were on my schedule and some that weren't. I also played sports and it was rough sometimes but in the end I made new friends and life long bonds. My overall experience at Lake Taylor was fantastic, it is a great school, woth caring teachers and staff and it deserves more credit

Lake Taylor High School owes me for what is on my Facebook page Demetrius Stevenson. The school participated in a modern-day crucifixion That got me put in Virginia Beach Psych in 2012. I graduated in 2011.#ChosenOne#ModernDayCrucifixion

I honestly do not like the school Lake Taylor (coming from a student) but everyone's opinions aren't going to be the same. Lake Taylor is un-accredited and hasn't been for the past 5 years, the students make it hard for the teacher to teach because of the amount of disruptive behavior...EVERYDAY, th...

Run the other way!!! Do not allow your child to go to this school!!! If you can't afford Private School, don't move into this district. Principals and teachers DO NOT CARE!! Teachers will tell the kids they only teach there to get their loans paid off.
