It was not terrible, but they did not have a lot of opportunities for your future, the teachers could have been more caring and most of them did not care.

Lake Taylor has a welcoming atmosphere and allows faculty and students to connect. Some critiques I would have however would be the fact that sometimes certain situations like physical fights could be resolved faster if the adults would step in like they are supposed to, however, it's usually the students who effectively break up the fights.

My experience at Lake Taylor High School was very interesting. The sports programs are great. I enjoyed playing basketball all four years of high school. The coach is very hands on and genuinely cares for the students and their success. Lake Taylor also has a very good and well structured JROTC program. If I could change anything with the school it would definitely be better school lunch as well as more hands on programs and resources for students education and success.

Lake Taylor High School owes me for what is on my Facebook page Demetrius Stevenson. The school participated in a modern-day crucifixion That got me put in Virginia Beach Psych in 2012. I graduated in 2011.#ChosenOne#ModernDayCrucifixion

I honestly do not like the school Lake Taylor (coming from a student) but everyone's opinions aren't going to be the same. Lake Taylor is un-accredited and hasn't been for the past 5 years, the students make it hard for the teacher to teach because of the amount of disruptive behavior...EVERYDAY, th...

Run the other way!!! Do not allow your child to go to this school!!! If you can't afford Private School, don't move into this district. Principals and teachers DO NOT CARE!! Teachers will tell the kids they only teach there to get their loans paid off.
