I have been dealing with the school since last year, my son has been bullied ALL YEAR. And he is only in kindergarten!! Students are hitting him, slapping him,calling him names. Richard Bowling Elementary School is filthy, there are rodents running over desks while children are in class. i would never take my child here. The children simply don't care. The teachers try to help, but the students make it nearly impossible to be helped. One of the few teachers who do care is M...
