I am currently a high school student at North Branch. I have always been at this district since elementary, and overall have had a positive experience. This year I am a senior and am also enrolled in an early college program. I feel as if my high school is not properly preparing students for after high school. A lot of are students who are adequately prepared for after high school go to an alternative ed tech program that allows them to take college classes or prepare them for the work force.

I've had a great experience at northbranch since 3rd grade when I came here. The school and staff is amazing and they've helped me through more than they were payed for. Northbranch is a very home like community in every way possible and it really shows in the schools. There is amazing opportunity's for sports, clubs, activities, and more. I personally haven't seen anything that needs to change in the schooling or the community itself.

North Branch Area Schools (NBAS) is a great small community school district. Its athletic department is one of the best in the state, considering NBAS is only a class B (Class A being the largest) school district. NBAS also has a supportive and detailed special education program for those students w...

Overcrowding at the new Lapeer High is just terrible, the AP director is not a people person. The overall consolidation was a disaster. The young and inexperienced super. pushed this change way to fast and then started interviewing for new position before even completed, just as many people predicte...

There is a lot of bullying in this school, but there is in every school. The people in charge really don't do anything except give the kids a "slap on the hand" and a stern don't do it again and send them on their way.

I attended North Branch Area Schools for my whole life until my senior year when my sister and I moved to Warren. Before we moved i thought that NBHS was not the best because of the slight favoritism they show towards volleyball players, but after attending Cousino High School where if you are a foo...
