I am very pleased with my high school experience. Really don't feel like there needs to be any changes to North Lamar High School. They have me ready for college.

I've been here all four years of highschool and the only good part about NL is the fine arts departments and the teachers in said departments, the faculty and staff aren't in this for the kids at all and we aren't college ready

I went to North Lamar High School for 4 years and overall, they have amazing Fine Arts, English and History programs. Math, however, is by far one of the most lacking departments here. It's very hard to excel in this subject due to the low ability of freedom for tutoring. You get ISS for dumb things such as going to a study hall without a note "DURING YOUR STUDY PERIOD." They have somewhat inconsistent administrative guidelines and rules, and there tends to be athletic favoritism.
