The best part of North Newton is the small size. It's not overwhelming and you can get to class quickly. However the teachers are predators, alcoholics, or not educated enough on their subject. The administrators need to pick better educators for the children to give them the best chance at their future.

School is very small, a lot more personable, there is a lot of FFA activities to attend. I really liked it because we visited a lot of places on field trips.

North Newton is your typical small town high school. Teachers don't care about their students, sports are all that matter. And if you aren't a heterosexual white person, you can expect to get harassed.

This school has really nice teachers, good counselors that help kids who need it, and in between special education teachers.

North Newton hired and retired an art teacher that cannot draw let alone teach art. Bruce Cunningham was hired as a scab art teacher that crossed the picket line at the time. Cunningham claims that his abstract art from the University of Indianapolis is inspirational. Not! Instead of improving his d...

Last year AP Bio was canceled as a class(it's back this year) because counselors moved all the classes with advancement opportunities to the same 2 or 3 hour periods. Students use hate speech daily with no pu...

Disclaimer: Not every teacher in the school has acted in these manners, some are very respectable and kind individuals. This is simply to warn or at least inform parents about what kind of school they are considering putting their child into. I was not a student that grew up in this environment. I l...
