I loved my time at northville, but there is definitely a lot of pressure to do everything and be perfect. I think Northville sets up students to have an easy transition to the rigor of college, and while the academic stigma at the school can be tough- it really helps students in the long run. THE ONLY DOWNFALL is that Northville really only helps students who WANT to succeed, students who feel behind or under the curve will unfortunately likely always feel that way.

I am a student that transferred into the school during junior year. I felt very welcomed and accepted and found that it was easy to strike up a conversation with the students and faculty around me. I feel that there is a strong support system at this school and that the teachers truly care about the students. I am in the international Baccalaureate Program and my coordinator reaches out to me every time I find myself struggling or falling behind.

The community of Northville is astounding and very well rounded which helped my high school experience very much. The sanitation and food provided is lacking considering the area though.

Overall, teachers here are great except for a few. Wide array of classes suited for students with different interests. Great selection of extracurricular activities. On another note, I'm glad that progress has started on cracking down on academic dishonesty.
