GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The school fails to recognize the talent of many students and often neglects to provide fair access to those who are not within the social elite circles. "Good" students are kept at bay while "Exceptional" students are often children of staff or faculty members. All too often, social status is given more consideration when sharing limited resources than the student's actual capacity to learn.

Honestly besides fights and such we don't have too too many problems that really make students feel unsafe

There are many different types of teachers in the school. Some are friendly and engaging but don't know what they're talking about. Others seem like they know what they're talking about but don't have people skills or are too lazy to put in an effort. Only a few rare teachers connect with students while challenging them and caring about their future

currently a junior here, teachers are getting fired and replaced left and right, students are vaping HELLA and the absentee rate is 87% through each grade, principal is okay at best and the students are always jumping eachother outside the school at the end of the day.

7/10. this school has changed over the course of 3 years due to a change in administration in the school. The teachers seem happier and more supported, and students are being held accountable for their actions more so now than before.

if your student succeeds here, it is in spite of this school, not because of it. it all starts with the superintendent. the principal quit, teachers quit or got fired. they didnt get replaced in time. the good students do OK and the marginal ones get passed anyway. i suspect it is because they dont...

My school is pretty good as far as schools go. We had some problems last year, but since then we have gotten a lot better overall. I'm a junior there now, and there are a lot of good classes to take considering you can take college classes for free and get credit for college with them, including AP...
