With the exception of my older son’s teacher, I’d give it a terrible rating. A brief PE/Music class once a week and no other specials. Library is run by parents. Art is done once a month by parents. Do not let the open room concept sway you. My kids never even noticed it. Both of my kids (K and 3rd) are doing well here. What we do not like is the lack technology for the students and no PE. We moved from this school last year after 3 yrs. On the whole, it was mediocre, the Scott AFB schools are better. The school gets an incredible amount of funding for military families, yet there are no support programs available to military children (counseling, buddy programs, etc.). Many teachers...
