Teachers are great and adapt the curriculum to the needs of the students. Many of them are very excited about what they do, and truly care about their students. When I helped out in the classroom, children would run in and hug their teachers in the morning and say good-bye at night. You could tell there was a real bond.

It is amazing. I love shepherd hills. I am a student, and this place makes me happy.I am at middle school level on STAR scores.I learned my whole life here.

I went to the school for parent teacher conference and it shows that this school district is up to great intentions and shows that they want their students to excell in their future. Its great to have a school district that cares about their students.

Love this school, love the teachers and principal, my daughter is excelling and at the top of her class every year. People who don't like this school are obviously not involved enough nor are they doing their role as parents. Can't make the teachers do everything.

My daughter transfered here this year (2nd grade) and has excelled at this school. Her teacher is excellent and the children are grouped according to ability for more attention between the teachers (all 2nd grade) as well as the "special" teachers (for reading and math).
