I loved playing for my team sports, as though we are not always the greatest or have the best coaches, I had so much fun with my friends each year I played. I hate the small town mentality though. so many people believe that they are the most important person because they are important in our small town. This goes for some staff and students.

Very helpful staff and faculty. Some students may rub you or your child the wrong way but overall, it is a very successful school. Band and choir programs are very well developed but are not treated well by peers. The science departments are very rigorous but are meant to be similar to college preparation courses even going to freshman level.

Overall my experience at Oak Harbor High School was mostly positive from the teachers, course material, and extra circular activities. Although Oak Harbor students tend to mistreat fellow minority peers in their classes.

Currently, my child is doing well and is getting the support needed this year academically and emotionally. However, some of the teachers we have encountered in previous years have been less than impressive and made my child dislike going to school. There are several that are downright disrespectful...

I’ve went to this school since day one. For the 13 years Ive experience great and bad things. The middle has a severe problem of bullying, the high school is very much biased, and the principal runs it like a dictatorship. I don’t recommend this school to anyone who isn’t white. The town is racist a...

I am an alumni of OHHS Class of 2000 and moved there from Toledo in eighth grade. The education was far superior to anything else I had experienced, the schools very nice, great teachers and a respectful student body as well. If it weren't so far from the city I'd be raising my kids there too!
