GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Oak Ridge is a small school with small class sizes. This provides more one on one help from the teachers. The teachers are very involved with the students and helping them in any way they can. Information is passed along to students to keep them informed of any upcoming events and deadlines.

The academics at this school are highly recognized. Teachers and counselors push us to do our best and to work our hardest. Also, over half of our school attendants are hard workers and are highly diligent for working and academics.

My overall at this school has been great. All the sports, clubs, and student activities have made it all worthwhile. I think I would choose to do it over again. A main reason I would go somewhere different is just to see what it would be like to attend a larger school.
