Overall experience is 1000% good! I love this school and the people and how friendly the teachers are to their students. This school has given seniors many opportunities to get into a college and even to pay for their college.

My experience at vanguard has overall been good. Some of my best times at the school happened during sports and sporting events. Vanguard is not only competitive in almost every sport, but also has a great student section to cheer them on. One of my least favorite parts about the school is the teaching styles. Most of lessons I was taught was done in a lecture style which I don't learn greatly from. It is also something I would like to see changed to include more hands-on activities and group work.

My experience is Vanguard has been good regarding that I'm an introvert students to focuses on studies. Has been great so far but it could have a lot more to offer the students.

Best word to describe this school is: Toxic. Administrators are not looking out of the best interest of the students, and only care about graduation rate, and numbers. Teachers are encouraged to cater to the needs of IB Students; yet neglect those of traditional students. Guidance counselors lack en...
