I am a Ben Lomond graduate, I loved my high school years, they were so fun. I loved almost every teacher I had and learned a lot from them. My principle was the best you can get and so was most the office staff. I loved the education I got there and am grateful for what I learned. I was given many opportunities from high school that I took advantage of, and they have helped me go far.

When I first moved here, my first impression was to be intimidated by this big school. I roamed halls and found myself questioning if I was in the right place. It didn't take long for me to get comfortable and realize that I was very much comfortable and at ease with the students and staff around me. They encouraged me to speak up and ask questions, so that's what I did and I never regretted it. I was never judged or questioned which made me feel at ease. One thing I wish we could change here at Ben Lomond is the school spirit. When I go to games I see lots of empty seat. I don't hear the applause for the home team or hear the scouts rooting for BL. Our school should be proud of our sports and their players and I wish to encourage those around me to see that same silver lining in our school.

I think that Ben lomond is a really great school. I have always gone to a charter school so there wasn't many people and I was nervous about going to a public school. The teachers were great they really help you out and are very friendly. It is also very easy to get a hold of your counselor and they help you a lot on getting you on track to graduate.I love this school.
