When I first moved here, my first impression was to be intimidated by this big school. I roamed halls and found myself questioning if I was in the right place. It didn't take long for me to get comfortable and realize that I was very much comfortable and at ease with the students and staff around me. They encouraged me to speak up and ask questions, so that's what I did and I never regretted it. I was never judged or questioned which made me feel at ease. One thing I wish we could change here at Ben Lomond is the school spirit. When I go to games I see lots of empty seat. I don't hear the applause for the home team or hear the scouts rooting for BL. Our school should be proud of our sports and their players and I wish to encourage those around me to see that same silver lining in our school.

Super great school with a very welcoming atmosphere. It's a very diverse place that does a great job at accommodating students with various interests. They have every kind of class you can think of, engineering, cooking, pottery, acting, physical health, shop, computer sci, etc. Great place to learn and get ready to go out in the world.

This was a very inclusive school that cares about their students. There are a tone of opportunities for students to achieve higher education while in high school.
