Principal Spears in mainly interested in optics, rather than actual student education. She loves focusing on behavior, things that make for good Facebook pictures, and hiring more staff. There is a strong sense of community at QCE. Great teachers and involved parents (higher than average) work together to make this environment a great place to learn and grow for all students.
