I have been at Oktaha for most of my life and I'd say that it's been mostly the same. There are some changes like a few new classes, like trigonometry and chemistry. However, I feel although they don't have enough funds to add things like new sports or get more staff.

I have been a student at Oktaha Public School for my entire education. It is a small school in a rural community. It has been a great experience for me because I have many friends and I'm involved in lots of extracurricular activities. I am most proud of being a member of FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes). I am a team leader and incharge of finding speakers each week to talk to our students during our FCA meetings. I can say that their have not been any bad experiences at Oktaha. I feel like all the teachers are there to help us to be prepared for like after high school. One thing I would change is to have more class options. We are a small school and don't have the same choices as larger schools around us.

I really didn't want to come to this school at first. I was scared, had to make new friends, and they don't have chorus. But then I made friends and things got better. Though I may not be able to sing at school I got to sing at my local radio station contest.

Oktaha is a small school with grest teachers! You can tell Pre-k thru 12 teachers, coaches, administration, and support truly do care about our kids.Not as many electives as larger schools but what they do have is done exceptionally well.
