regarding my experience at ROWVA Jr./Sr. High School I would have to say it was missing the high school experience. while the students get along pretty well there are no rules used to enforce many policies. many students sat in class on their phones and were barely passing classes. I myself slipped into this funk of being stuck on my phone during class so badly I almost failed a class, but with the right leadership from the teachers I prevailed and got my grades up. the school board doesn't seem to care about the students they assume have no future, but the teachers will push any student with even a little spark to strive for greatness. while the food may be microwaved and the dishwasher may be broken the students and teachers make up for all the faults in my school.
