I went to SBJ since pre-k. Everything was fine until 5th, there was fights, favoritism, unfairness, etc. My science teacher always had an attitude with me but almost no one else. I didn't even get in trouble that much, (she handles drama) and she instead of the good kids favorited the bad ones. One of them even told me to ķm$ and she was one of the favorites. Also, speaking of drama, the way they handle things sometimes is crazy, because half of the victims get in trouble and the bad people played victim. A lot of the teachers (I mean resource, lunch, and stuff) would overreact SO MUCH. And they would give the whole class a punishment and js say "oh yall are a team so you take the punishment as a team" .. girl bye. I didn't like over half of the kids in my class and like 3/4 of the 5th grade. So NO we were not a team and never will be.

The school administration is really helpful and supportive. I would like to thank each and every one of them, especially Ms. Tosha and Ms. Spinello.

I don't know everything going on, but my child comes home crying every day about her new second grade teacher. The teacher is late to school often or does not show up at all! He never takes the kids to recess and has missed other specials. I think that is illegal!? My child says all they do is watch...

Several issues when considering employment for this school.1. lack of diversity in the teaching staff2. Lack of Minority Male teachers3. The poor reviews of the school since 20154. A former employee stated a lack of integrity among the administration.

These educators strive to give these children the best education they can! The front office staff is very friendly and welcoming and the Vice Principal and Principal are so kind! They go above and beyond to help their teachers and students achieve their goals.
