My experience was not the greatest. Many of the teachers and administrators were not helpful or qualified to be in the positions they had.

Although, I'd only been here for about 6 months as a Junior, but I'm graduating early, the atmosphere of this school is very welcoming and warm. A lot of teachers and students do try to help you quite a lot! I'd give this school a 10

I've had an okay time at Ironwood Ridge High School, but I would have nothing to compare it to. However, I can say that there has been much tolerance for racism on campus regarding students and even administrators with near-zero action against them.

We've had 3 kids go through Ironwood. Each child is unique. Each has taken a wide range of classes, 1 played several sports, 1 took AP classes, 1 was involved in many clubs, 2 had various special needs/accommodations. None of the 3 kids would report bad experiences. Each of proud to be a Nighthawk....

Don't forget to add gas mask to the back-to-school shopping list. Smoking and vaping times are at recess and during lunch at the restrooms. Students, check your class schedule. Monitors know what’s going on and avoid being in the area or even make an attempt to check the restrooms. At least “fake it...
