I found Orting high school to be very small and community driven. The staff are generally passionate about teaching, save for some teachers that can be off-putting. Overall I would say that the education I received there was passable, but nothing outstanding. The thing that made the school enjoyable was the several teachers that I thoroughly enjoyed, that taught the material in a way that made me want to learn.

It is a small town school in every way possible. My experiences with a lot of the administrators has not been overly exceptional, but there are quite a few teachers that are wonderful. going to a small town school means everyone knows everyone which is good in its own way.

more diversity and opportunities in class schedule variance. teachers plat too many favorites, they do not give enough opportunities to kids that aren't favorites. New Principal and Vice Principal are great, they will make fabulous changes for the school and the environment, the school is good at inclusiveness as far as not many kids get bullied for being different.

We have arts, museums, professional athletics, and a myriad of retailers to choose from, but that typically means sendin...

The staff at Orting High School are some of the most caring, professional educators I have ever experienced. The college credit, not measured on your sire, that is available on campus rivals larger schools that surround Orting. Although not measured on your site, they have a lot of CTE courses that...
