I really enjoy being a student at Oshkosh West high school, and I am involved in many of the clubs. I enjoy the spirit week and how everyone dresses up in good, silly and fun costumes. Everyday, teachers have fun and uplifting mood and they care about student success.

I really like the food options, and I appreciate the diversity among the options as someone who doesn't eat meat or gelatin. I also love the amount of resources we have access to, as well as most of the faculty and how willing they are to talk and help you out. My least favorite things are probably the amount of fights we have as well as the lack of diversity in certain areas, but especially race and religion.

I feel as though the school itself isn't so bad; however, when it comes to giving punishment to teachers and students, there is nothing that ever come from it. There have been multiple instances where a student should have been held accountable for being disrespectful towards the staff and their fellow classmates. I understand we don't all have to like each other but we should be able to respect one another.

You're just a cog in a machine at this school. They don't actually care about your well being. If your not getting perfect grades, and perfect attendance your getting the boot with the other "bad apples."
