GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Otsego Public Schools is a great place for students! They care about their students. I wish they had more advanced classes offered but they do have some AP courses available.

I really enjoyed my experience here. There are many opportunities for everyone. We have plenty of clubs for the students to get involved in. My counselors and teachers have been supportive throughout my high school career. I would life for their to be more diversity since I was one of the only Mexicans in this school.

Otsego has a great staff of teachers and a good learning environment for students. They do a good job preparing students for higher education, with some different prep classes available. The school is very safe and all in all a good place to be.

I have had children in Washington Street Elementary, Otsego Middle, and Otsego Highschool. The teacher and staff are very engaged and entuned to the students needs. As far as academics go, highly recommend!

There appears to be a lot of nepotism in the school with opportunities going to students of school employees versus merit.
