A true small-town feel, both in the negative aspects and the positive aspects. Many students are extremely involved in a variety of extracurriculars. It is a close-knit school where everyone knows everyone else.

Most of the teachers I have had always put extra time in what they do. I can feel comfortable (with most). Most of the teachers act as family and they care about all of us. They're teaching styles are all different and the grading kind of sucks, but for the most part it's fine.

I was unimpressed with teacher quality and willingness to work. I also am disappointed in teacher inability to look past their preferred students to the whole class.

I have 2 children in the system and could not think of sending they some place else, the teachers are great and work with students one on one, the music and art departments are not one of the best but the best you will find in the state. For a small school they provide a huge well rounded education
