GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Throughout my high school year, I have little to no problems. There have been multiple highs and lows, and one of the biggest problems I've come across has been favoritism. I have seen many accounts of heavy favoritism, mostly towards male students and students who participate in sports.

Being a small public school both helps and harms OHS. Nearly all of the extracurriculars have to work hard for funding, but what they lack in resources they make up for in character and community.

Owensville High School has a great community, agriculture, and faculty. It may be a school in the country but it's dedicated to helping students learn whatever is needed for their future dreams. The school also has a nice balance between art, agriculture, and sport academics and activities.
