The School System is not bad at all, The High School is very fun, but strict. The rules for students are not the same as teachers, the unfairness causes tension between students and teachers. But, overall OHS is a good high school, education and extracurriculars shape the school for students and teachers. Its made with love and support.

It was a wonderful experience during high school I would recommend for any other future students that would like to go to Oxford high school. personally though I feel like they would need to change some rules towards the school as some of the rules seem ridiculous and out of pocket.

great school i'd like to see more student involvement. Best part of my experience are the college and career readiness classes and classes that prepare me for the real world

This school has the pitfall many modern-day public schools do of investing more time and money into sports than fine arts. Communication from administration often lacks. The teaching staff is great. The administration and front office does not return phone calls or emails. The Principal does not return emails. Made multiple attempts as new student and family asking questions on excused adscences which we wrote up parental request. No response....we were stonewalled....

Most teachers were decent people and good at what they do. The administrative staff were about as useful and productive as someone who tries to eat mashed potatoes through their nose. Replace them and things would get better I guarantee it.
