I would like to see change in the diversity of the high school I believe that there are not a lot of inclusion and opportunities for people with diversities. getting ready for college was never easy, but having a high school that never prepared for you to go to college made it even harder. I would say on a positive note, our sports was pretty good, although some of the coaching could have done better. overall, my experience at colony high school was pretty mediocre. I wouldn't say it was terrible but I wouldn't recommend the school to anyone.

Although the teachers tended to be nice towards students I felt a sort of elitisms where if a student was struggling or falling behind in class would just be allowed to fail. The teacher just never cared, clique were even with teachers. As far as being able to have many options it was pretty limited, and as a student myself was never explained the importance of High School. I didn't realize to be able to do AP classes you could just ask for them as I thought they were always stuff you had to get asked for. I guess this is a fault on myself but I felt like if I was told about it I could of done more then just passing AP comp sci.

My time at Colony High school was an overall very positive experience. This school could improve on preparing students for post-secondary education and advising students on scholarship opportunities.

We have been very pleased with our son's experience at Colony High School. It has provided him with a safe, solid learning environment and, being new to the mat-su valley, he made great friends quickly. The coaching staff for cross country, nordic skiing, and track are excellent!

I have a 9th grader and being a KNIGHT has been the best experience EVER for him. He looks forward to school with his peers and really enjoys all his classes. He's involved with hockey and enjoys the coaches and teammates as well. We couldn't be happier with our choice to be a KNIGHT

Colony is an amazing school, I am a 9th grader at Colony and it is GREAT. The teachers are extremely helpful and care about your succes.
