GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

It is a small school with great teachers who want to help their students further their studies. They go out of there way to help the students and build a relationship with them. There isn't a lot of class options for the students though.

The weight room is available after school but is in awful condition with very old equipment. They are always having after school times for conditioning for your sport. In winter before baseball starts they have a 1 hour batting practice.

Overwhelming positive experience not only for my son, but also for me, a 1986 graduate of the school. I have never seen support like this from teachers and staff in ANY school setting the way I have seen it here in regards to my son. I have nothing bad to say.

Our family has had very positive experiences with the PEASD. But its like anything else, you get out of the experience what you put in. Expecting to be involved in many levels and activities, bringing a positive attitude and willingness to participate, yields positive rewarding learning experiences.
