This school is the best. the teachers are really in-tune with the kids and if there is criminal activity in the neighborhood they do either soft lock down or hard lock down. this is a safe neighborhood so it rarely happens. there is a staff school nurse and she is very good.

i transferred there because they have a program for kids with dyslexia. they made the modifications that i needed and did so with out making me feel different. they have and elevator for those with physical limitations. they have computers for the upper grades and tutoring every day before and after school. there are buses for those who live farther away.

they have the typical sports for kids, intramural type sports. they are affiliated with the local park district so you have access to plenty of sports.
