they have classes in bullying and how to recognize and prevent it. they also have a very liberal principal office - they allow the student to walk in and talk to the principal for what ever reason they think is important.

This school is the best. the teachers are really in-tune with the kids and if there is criminal activity in the neighborhood they do either soft lock down or hard lock down. this is a safe neighborhood so it rarely happens. there is a staff school nurse and she is very good.

i have had the best teachers while i was there. they kept me engaged and interested. they offered time after school to help me understand if i was confused on that days lesson
