Panhandle ISD takes safety very seriously. The district employees a School Resource Officer and is currently updating it's cameras and doors. The district is very away of the importance of safety drills and the administration works well with local police to create a safe environment.

Panhandle has many extracurricular programs including art, music, athletics, FFA, robotics, UIL academics, student council, National Honor Society, One Act play, Debate. Our students are very busy.

Great students - great teachers. Both of my kids have gone all the way through high school at Panhandle. Very happy.

I hate this school some teachers are good but most of them go way to fast with the subject our math teacher wont shut up about her old school she loses home work and she called our class that were all stupid all my school cares about is money if a student is not at school then the school loses money...
