Chequamegon high school was an amazing school to grow up in and sheltered in a wonderful community. This community helped me thrive and prepare for college. School is what you put into it though. If you act like you don't care there is very little even the best teachers can do for you. The individualistic education and specifications of Chequamegon prepared me for my future.

This is a good high school all around, but it definitely went downhill from my freshman to senior year. A lot of the best teachers retired and finding new people to replace them and keep things running smoothly was not an attempt I would call smooth. There are also a lot of strict little rules that make it hard to explain yourself without getting the worst punishment right away.

Not picture perfect but, culture is welcoming. The culture is evolving to become more positive and supportive. Conscious effort in face of the evil that is prevalent in society today, to make adjustments in the culture of the school to provide safety.
