GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The teachers are fairly passionate, and while our sports teams don't always win, the culture surrounding them is supportive.

Normandy is an amazing high school and I enjoyed every minute of being there. One thing that made my high school experience so great was joining marching band. I was on the dance team, and being able to be part of such a great group and at every football game on Friday nights was my favorite thing to do.

I liked the many different activities and clubs that were offered at Normandy High School. I had a great time attending the school, and I also liked the education that I received there. The only things that need to be changed are the funding for certain programs, as well as the discipline issues for students that are disrespectful to teachers.

My disabled child’s experience at Normandy has been exceptional. The teachers & all of the staff from paraprofessionals to nutrition services, has helped him succeed in many ways. They also help him have enriching experiences while learning.

They treat their students with disrespect, and don't seem to care much to keep them happy or atleast make a compromise with them. They changed everything with how they run this school and it has only made...

I graduated from normandy in 2012, although i did have some passionate teachers, the angry, discouraging teachers were far more prevalent. While I was attending, I had a teacher ( Macalla), come up to me in the cafeteria and start making fun of the way I did my hair. She carried on to tell me that b...
