GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My experience in Patterson High school through the years were amazing and worth learning value in all classes with the help of teachers and classmates when you need it. The teachers always helped when you needed it the most especially me when I needed help with scholarships and more opportunities getting ready for college and other opportunities for me.

No school is actually a bad school. Whats bad is the people inside of it. Patterson High School just happens to have less tolerable people inside. It's all a matter of the community surrounding it. I can count on one hand good teachers I've encountered at school. Those teachers I know for a fact have cared deeply for each and everyone of their students. Those teachers, I know would actually be there to give their shoulder to cry on just so students can feel comforted.

Patterson High is home to me. I could not imagine going to any other school that would make me to feel as comfortable as Patterson does and causes me to enjoy going everyday.

I would not recommend this school. A lot of bullying. The principal is not there or always in a conference, so they say. Good teachers are leaving and going somewhere else.

PHS is more then a school, it's a family. I have lived in Patterson my whole life, you know your teachers on a personal level. A lot of the parents and teachers went to school together. The school does need upgrades, I graduated in 2008, and the technologywas a little out of date. It's not the schoo...
