The lack of attention they put on a child could be a little more fixable. Over all some of the teachers could be a little more understanding and nicer. Some kids don't learn the same way as others and they should be more mindful of that. But this year as a senior I have had wonderful teachers and treated me with respect.

Peekskill Highschool is a nice and clean school. The standards are set high and most reach these standards. The teachers are amazingly kind and considerate of the stress students go through. Despite having high standards, academics are average and sports/club activities are ok.

I had to send my children to a private school because of the lack of preparedness for college.There is no busing after 5th grade. I should have done my homework and moved to another town with a better school district.
