Great school many opportunities for students from clubs like Robotics, to Drama, and all the usual sports. many CTE programs: Welding, Power sports, Aviation, Health occupations, Public safety, Building trades. they are able to offer many programs to appeal to most students and create well rounded young adults.

I think its a really good school especially with the new super intendent but I think a certain english teacher is not competent

I am a senior at Pellston and it was fine for the most part. The only thing that has been a major problem for me was the lack of college preparation. I had to do a majority of the work myself. The advisors don't really go out of their way to help you and if you want help you pretty much have to figure it out for yourself and then just go to them for approval. That is one of the major things that I think could be improved. Another thing that is a downside is that we have NO music program. For me it wasn't a big deal but if you are into music then Pellston may not be the school for you.

I went to school at Pellston and I'm so relieved I don't have to send my children there. I'll always remember an occasion that I struggled with math and was told by my teacher, "I can't think of any other ways to help you. I'm sorry." I was actually told by another teacher that I wouldn't amount to...
