Best Part: We have good band and choir programs. We are known for our Madrigal dinner. Worst Part: We don't have many good sports (there are still some good ones though). We help out Easterseals a lot, which is unique and important. We have some AP classes but need more. We have good art and metal/wood-shop/car repair classes.

My time at LCHS has definitely been a roller coaster. I've had many good times like going to football games, helping underclassmen to classes, going to assemblies. But I've also had my bad times like not having my voice heard by teachers, having rough moments with a few students. I wish there was more diversity in the school and that the activities were more fun for students to get involved with.

I am a senior at LCHS, and the school is quite good overall. They offer good classes and prepare students well for college. The school spirit is high, but on the opposite side of the spectrum, there are fights like every week and everyone seems to hate each other. Additionally, there is always drama and arguments over social media. However, most teachers and staff genuinely care about students and want to see them succeed.

It’s apparent that the staff doesn’t challenge students to have high academic standards based on the average SAT scores. The staff doesn’t encourage college preparation. as an alumni, I speak from experience. I’m cu...
