It is a great school overall, and the gifted program is very useful in helping people find opportunities- but it is restricted to students in honors and/or AP classes which is my biggest complaint. The top students at the school are helped a lot and are very prepared, and a lot of the lower performing students are not given the same amount of help.

Overall my experience at Orange High School has been great. There are many opportunities to grow and expand your interests. However it is often that teachers and administration are hard to reach or dismissive with efforts to reach out. Many parents in the district are very involved and spend a great amount of their time working to make the students events the best they can be. I have seen very little large issues within the student body. Generally speaking every student l ones the other in the grade and there is an intimate culture within the school.

I had fun with my new friends and met new and nice teachers that were willing to help and the school has a homey feeling because everyone is like your family. I just wish we opened up more clubs for students who are interested in doing different things.
