Overall high school has not been terrible but it has not been the greatest. When it comes to college readiness. I feel like us as students we are not prepared enough and aren't provided with the resources we need.

My overall experience with Perry High School was great. I would come to school every day excited to see my friends. I would enjoy the classes I had because I knew my friends would make them great. Teachers help out, more than others. Something I would like to see change is the school's competitive spirit, so we can succeed at sports.

All the teachers are really nice and care about their jobs. That is what I love most about my school and even thought the kids can be snobs sometimes the teachers still love their jobs. Like most public schools, my school isn't as clean as I would like it to be and the food isn't as great either.

This is an excellent school. Perry has a partnership with Des Moines Area Community College, affording the students the opportunity to earn college credits while still in high school for free. Perry has study time built into each students schedule each day. The advisor in this study time is a teache...
