GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The overall involvement and investment of teachers at Reagan is wonderful, though not all classes I would like to take are offered at Reagan. The students are fairly well spread out across a number of sports, clubs, and school programs which presents a great opportunity to meet new people. There is not much I'd wish to change with the exception of maybe a few teachers who were great people but from whom I did not learn as much (for college readiness) as I would have liked.

I definitely like the safety of the school, as well as the academics and the JROTC program, in which I am a c/Colonel. The food could definitely be better of course and the coaches for the sports I wish were more cordial, approachable, friendly, and welcoming.

My overall experience at Reagan was honestly really good. Although my freshman year was mostly over zoom and we were all trying to get the rhythm of online schooling my teachers were great and I was able to make friends. During my second year I started going Inperson which honestly was weird but after a while more people showed up and the staff and teachers were doing a great job making the students including myself feel safe and well educated. Coming third year that was not my greatest year but having the teachers that I did and counselor I was able to get through my stress and struggles preparing for senior year. Now that I'm in my last year I look back at how fast time went but I can say that choosing Reagan was the best decision for me. With the environmental I was in and the people I surrounded myself with and just in general I would say my overall experience was great in all honesty.

If your kid loves busy work disguised as homework, you believe that more is better for a college application, you want your kid to suppress their passion in pursuit of grades, you enjoy cliques, and, you want your family to have no other life than work and school. Then RHS is for you.

Reagan is an outstanding school; my children are AP and honor students and we have, for the most part, been pleased with the academic standards and excellent teachers that work at Reagan. We would love to see more dances, pep rallies for school academics and sports events. It's a newer school and ho...
