Highland Park Elementary, a true neighborhood school is tucked into one of Pflugerville’s most charming, tight-knit communities. Many students walk or ride their bikes up the sidewalk every morning to campus. And the school’s active parent-teacher organization is just one of many things that set it apart. Volunteers support the faculty and provide students with lots of opportunities for enrichment throughout the year. Highland Park is one of the few dual-language schools in Pflugerville Independent School District, but students aren’t limited to Spanish and English. More than 40 languages are spoken at the school.
The school shines a spotlight on Hispanic Heritage Month and Highland Park’s acclaimed Ballet Folklorico dance group regularly performs at events. Other special experiences include an annual movie night, Spanish spelling bee, fine arts showcase and talent show.

I can't say enough positive things about Highland Park Elementary. We have had a positive experience, and my daughter is performing just above grade level in all areas. She is in third grade and has been at this school since kindergarten.
