I am a parent of 3 children that all attended Cedar Grove. They all did very well at their high school when they left CGCA after 8th grade. Strong academics and some good Christian influences typify our experience at the school. We appreciated the loving atmosphere we felt like we were part of a family there.

My child has been attending this school since Kindergarten and is now and the 5th grade. I do not feel that he has learned as much academically nor do I feel that all of the staff have the best interest at heart for the black children in this school. My children are in the 1st and 5th grades and each started in Kindergarten. I feel as if Cedar Grove is a home away from home. My kids attended this school from nursery to 8th grade. They become your family and the learning environment is great.

Many people I know have put their kids through this school with outstanding results in getting into any Christian and Magnet schools. Students who go through this program grow spiritually and are well prepared for any high school in our city as long as they work hard.
