Good morning I am very disturbed and sadden to find out the W.E. Rhoads School in North Philadelphia, this lady called me crying because her grade son who is in the 6th grade has not had a regular teacher since September he's texting his grandmother pictures of skulls her grand son is not a discipline problem because our black children need more not least. We feel that our taxes are not being spent in the best eay it is now March 6,2019 and he is not failing the school district is failing not just her Dianes grandson but all our black children. So yes W.E. Rhoads stinks to high hell.
