The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

During my time at Kensington Creative and Performing Arts, I have both lost and found myself within these school walls, I've made and lost friends and groupies but that was never my concern. My teachers have always been supportive of my antisocial tendencies, allowing me to work alone when necessary. Even though school can be draining and tiring, my teachers make my days easier, allowing me to get in, get work done, ask questions, and get out. I don't like my choice in this high school, I could've done better, but that doesn't mean I hate it, I dislike certain aspects of my school but who doesn't?

this school is just terrible. I cant wait to transfer, the principle is awful and doesn't take any action to make kids safer in the school, thank god she's leaving. The food is bad half the time it's cold or not fully cooked, and just tastes all out bad. The school is filthy, bathrooms are always nasty. most of the staff are rude, when we get checked in the morning for phones sometimes the security guards get way too comfortable touching us. phones are not kept in safe containment and are never given back properly, its not shocking when kids say they got their phone stolen because of how bad our school is poorly managed. i pray this school can fix everything but from how it is now i see no hope for it

This is my last year at kcapa and I can truly say the stuff and students are like my second family. The feeling of being left out is never is problem because everyone is involved and teachers are always there to support and keep the GRIT of the students up.
I would say a good 8 out of 10 because everything i do and get done easily and no one interferes with anything I do and look up to you just don't let the students bite you to much and make sure you stay on someone with power good side
